Pork Fillet En Croûte

A twist on a classic with plenty of delicious flavour. Tender pork fillet with a layer of sausagemeat, wrapped in a light and flaky puff pastry, for dinners with wow!
To serve up neater slices of your delicious en croutes, use a serrated knife to gently saw through the pastry.
Carefully remove en croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper only.
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 along with a baking tray.
Brush pastry with beaten or egg yolk or alternatively with double cream.
Place the En Croute onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for:
From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 27-30 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

CREPE: Water, Fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Free range EGGS, Skimmed MILK Powder, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Sugar, Salt.
