Break open our delicious golden flaky pastry to discover tender pork fillet and our soft sausagemeat waiting inside. A fabulous combination that truly makes a special meal.
To serve up neater slices of your delicious en croutes, use a serrated knife to gently saw through the pastry.
Carefully remove from packaging, leaving on the baking paper.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ Fan 190°C/Gas 6 along with the baking tray.
Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk and place (still on balking paper) on the tray
From frozen: 80-85 minutes
From defrosted: 50-55 minutes.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
