Our Pork Cocktail Sausages, handmade to our own recipe with our tangy Seville Orange Marmalade Glaze. Fry these sausages then add the glaze to finish for a delicious canapé.

Pork Cocktail Sausages

Cooking guidelines:

Remove all packaging

From frozen:
Combination of par-boiling and frying or grilling.
Carefully add the sausages to simmering water and poach for 3 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.
Preheat a frying pan or grill, to a high heat.
Lightly oil the sausages, cook and colour for 2½-3 minutes.

From defrosted:
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill:
Preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.

Seville Orange Marmalade Glaze

Cooking guidelines:


From defrosted:
Hob:
Decant contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave: 
Based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.
