Cooking Instructions:
 
Porchetta Pork Shoulder Steaks
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
remove steaks from the packaging and sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium setting.
Add a little oil to the pan.
Place steaks into the pan and cook for 6 -7 minutes turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest somewhere warm for at least 3 minutes before serving.
This product must be cooked fully before eating.
