Enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean summer with our porchetta seasoning, rubbed by hand on our British Pork Loin Steaks and cut thin to cook quickly. With a classic mix of herbs including fennel, marjoram, rosemary, and thyme, this traditional Italian flavour is sure to be a hit at your barbecue. 

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove steaks from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium setting. Add a little oil to the pan.

Place steaks into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest somewhere warm for 1-2 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked fully before consumption.
