Deep Filled Quiche Lorraine
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil.

Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / gas 3. Place the quiche onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 70 - 80 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork Cocktail Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.
