So quick to pan fry, making a succulent and fully flavoured meal. Try these in casserole, curry and fajitas for something deliciously different you can enjoy every day.
For best results, defrost fully for a min of 7 hours. Remove all packaging and gently pat dry.
Heat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium high heat add a small amount of oil, add the strips and quickly seal all over by mixing gently in the pan for 1-2 mins, finish with a knob of butter, then tip out onto a warm plate and rest briefly.
Leave to rest for 1-2 Minutes. Serve immediately.
Do not reheat once cooked.
