Layers of baked and cream cheesecake on a crunchy biscuit base, all topped with tangy passionfruit sauce and pineapple pieces, a smooth white chocolate ganache, crisp meringue and delicate flakes of white chocolate. 

To Serve:
 
remove from box and defrost for approximately 10-12 hours in fridge or 2-3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, do not re-freeze, store in refrigerator and consume within 72 hours.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
