Beech Smoked Gammon Joint
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the joint from the packaging. Rinse in cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper then allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat an oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Place the joint into an oven proof dish and cover with foil, cook for 75-80 minutes.

Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7 and cook for a further 20-25 minutes until juices run clear. Allow to rest somewhere warm for 30 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:

From defrosted: 23-25 minutes
From frozen: 30-35 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Chicken Bites with Sweet & Sour Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5.

Remove dip from packaging and set aside. Place the chicken bites onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.

Remove the bites from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute, dab on kitchen paper then serve.

Dip (based on 800W microwave): pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Lancashire Cheese & Plum Parcels

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on the top shelf for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 14-16 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Luxury Hot Dog Chipolatas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 6½-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Scottish Smoked Salmon D-Sliced
Defrost & serve: defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.
Traditional Chicken & Ham Pie
Defrost & serve: remove all packaging. Place on a cooling rack, re-cover loosely and defrost thoroughly in the fridge.

This product is ready to serve once fully defrosted. We would recommend you let the product stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving to take away the initial chill. These are guidelines only.

Raspberry Pavlova Cheesecake
Defrost & serve: defrost in the packaging in the fridge for 12-14 hours, or at room temperature for 2 hours.

Remove outer film and carefully place the cheesecake, still in its ring, onto a cold plate. Using a knife or small spatula loosen the cheesecake from the ring by sliding the knife inside the ring around the cheesecake. Carefully open and remove the ring. Serve with your favourite accompaniment.

If you prefer, you can serve this when it is still slightly frozen, for a delicious 'semifreddo' effect.
