Our rich strips of wild partridge are full of flavour for your everyday recipes. Pan fry for bold flavours and delightful succulence that will shine through in any meal.
For best results, defrost fully for a min of 7 hours. Remove all packaging and gently pat dry.
Heat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium high heat add a small amount of oil, add the strips and quickly seal all over by mixing gently in the pan for 1-2 mins, finish with a knob of butter, then tip out onto a warm plate and rest briefly.
Leave to rest for 1-2 Minutes. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooked.
