A rich pastry tart with a smooth citrus filling made with orange and lemon curd, topped with white chocolate shavings.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Remove from box and defrost for approximately 8 to 10 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours .

Chef's Tip: Portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the tart is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
