Cooking Instructions:
 
Bang Bang Cauliflower with Tamarind Dip
Heating guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging and set dip aside.

Place the cauliflower onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 12-14 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking.

Remove from the oven once hot throughout. Stir dip before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Onion Bhajis
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging.

Place the bhajis onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 17-19 minutes. Remove from the oven when hot throughout.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Alpine Fries
Cooking guidelines: for best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

Chef's tip: pan fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

Oven: place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Spinach & Feta Falafels with Lemon Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove dip from packaging and set aside.

Place the falafels onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Carefully turn halfway through heating time.

Remove the falafels from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Dip (based on 800W microwave): pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave.

Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.

Toffee Apple Bread & Butter Pudding
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 200°C fan / gas 7. Remove the outer film. Place the pudding onto a baking tray and cover loosely with foil, bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until hot throughout. Remove the foil and finish in the oven for 2-3 minutes taking care not to singe the edges. Remove from the oven. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before serving. Bang Bang Cauliflower with Tamarind Dip
Bang bang cauliflower (80%) (cauliflower florets, water, fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), rapeseed oil, cornflour, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, glucose, yeast), garlic granules, salt, chilli powder, crushed chilli, black pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid, turmeric, raising agent: bicarbonate of soda), tamarind dip (20%) (water, sugar, tamarind paste, tomato concentrate, modified starch, salt, cumin seed, chilli powder, black pepper, acid: acetic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, fennel seed, sweetener: sucralose). May also contain nuts & sesame seeds.

Onion Bhajis
Onion (75%), gram flour (yellow split pea, channa dall), rapeseed oil, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin seed, ajwain seed, garam masala (coriander, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, bay leaf, chilli powder), chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper, baking powder (raising agents: monocalcium phosphate; sodium bicarbonate, corn starch). May contain nuts & sesame seeds.

Potatoes 82%, sunflower oil 11%, potato starch, salt, dextrose, spice.

Spinach & Feta Falafels with Lemon Dip
Spinach & feta felafel (73%): chickpea, rapeseed oil, spinach leaf, feta cheese [MILK], cornflour, onion, garlic puree, ginger puree, SESAME seed, coriander leaf, parsley, salt, ground coriander, ground cumin, chilli powder, ground paprika, baking powder (WHEAT flour, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates), cassia powder, ground white pepper, clove powder.
