Cooking Instructions:
Moroccan Spiced Lamb Tagine
based on 800 watt. Pierce film & cook, always ensure product is piping hot before serving -
from frozen: heat for 3 minutes, stir, heat for a further 2-3 minutes
from defrosted: heat for 2 minutes, stir, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
Stir before serving.

pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray.Cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 until piping hot -
from frozen: 30-35 minutes
from defrosted: 20-25 minutes
Stir before serving.

defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty contents into a sauce pan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Stir before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Serving suggestion - Serve with traditional accompaniments like couscous or basmati rice and flatbreads.
