Enjoy the rich, distinctive flavour of our grass-fed British Lamb Racks, with the additional touch of mint. Sear and roast this classic British combination and serve with our Chef's prepared sides for a delicious meal for two.


Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove from packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium high heat. Once hot sear the meat lightly for 3 minutes.

Place the meat on to a rack in a roasting tin, brush with any spare marinade, season with salt and put into the preheated oven. Cook to your liking following the recommended times.

Medium: 20 - 22 minutes
Well Done: 25 - 27 minutes

Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.
