Lamb and mint - it's a classic combination, marinated by hand for you to fry or grill and enjoy in no time at all.
Heat a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking following the recommended times -
Medium: 1-1½ minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Well done: 2-3 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
