Your favourite juicy Barnsley chops, marinated in sweet fresh mint, olive oil and black pepper.
Our lamb is raised on open pasture and traditional hill farms throughout the UK, for the best natural flavour.
About 20 minutes before cooking, remove the chop from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium temperature.
Roll the chops in the marinade to coat. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, turning only once.
Press lightly for the initial sear, but don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.
Place the chops on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
