FROM FROZEN: Remove all outer packaging. Place on a non-stick baking tray. Set aside for 20 minutes at room temperature prior to baking. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 190 C / Fan 170 C / Gas 5 for 18-22 minutes. Take out and leave to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving to allow filling to cool down. Handle carefully to prevent burning.
