Mini Fish Cakes
Delicious fish and buttery potato in handy portions

Salmon, fresh and smoked haddock, mixed with a fluffy, buttery mash and crammed in to delicious handy sized fish cakes.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging.
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry fish cakes for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place fish cakes on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Carefully brush all over with a little vegetable oil.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for 18-20 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
