Our classic, handmade Beef Wellington in a bite-sized version for a luxury treat that will impress your guests at your next gathering. Tender beef fillet, rich mushroom duxelles, wrapped by hand in a crisp puff pastry.

puff pastry (55%) (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, margarine (palm [RSPO] and rapeseed oil, water, salt), butter (MILK) salt), beef fillet (37%), mushroom duxelles (8%) (mushrooms, onions, salt, olive oil, parsley, black pepper, tarragon, chives).
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside to fan 230°C / gas 9. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging.
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 11 -12 minutes.
Remove from the oven rest for a minute and serve.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
