Flavourful and delicious meat is your goal, but it is easy to overcook. Never miss again with this roast- just sear and warm for the perfectly pink and juicy meat.
These premium, hand cut roasts have been seasoned with salt, pepper and a little sunflower oil, then gently cooked 'sous-vide' to an astoundingly tender, succulent medium-rare.
Heating instructions for the perfect medium-rare.
Defrost roast and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes. Remove all packaging and place meat into a roasting tray.
Sear in a preheated oven at 250°C / Fan 230°C / Gas 9 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 and continue to heat for 20-25 minutes for the perfect medium-rare finish.
Remove from oven and rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. Slice across the grain and serve on hot plates.
Alternatively, your roast can be cooked further if you wish. After searing, it can instead be heated for:
Medium: 30-35 minutes
Well Done: 40-45 minutes
