Our old-fashioned, hand-made Meatloaf, accompanied by fluffy mash and tender veg in a light, creamy sauce. What could be more comforting? And you can just pop them all in the oven, straight from frozen - now that's what we call convenient.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Meatloaf
Cook from frozen only.
Remove outer packaging and place the meat loaf in its tray on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven 180°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 4 for 60-65 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to resat for 10 minutes.
Drain off any excess liquid before slicing and serving.
Remember, it will carve much better if not piping hot.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Mashed Potato
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt.
Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

Ensure piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven
Pierce film lid and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 25-30 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes

Ensure piping hot, stir before serving.
Carrots & Petits Pois in Béchamel
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt.
Pierce the film and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven:
Pierce the film and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 20-25 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.
