Serving Suggestion: Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted. We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham. To do this, pop it an oven at 180 C / Fan 160 C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170 C / Fan 150 C / Gas 3 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
