Carve slice after slice of our delicious marmalade basted ham. The centrepiece to any buffet or Christmas party, guests will love its succulence and balanced flavours.
We've always been aware that our reputation is only as good as your last steak, sausage or chef-made meal.
Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted.
We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham.
To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
