Mac 'n' Cheese with Rich Beef Ragù

A deliciously creamy, crispy topped mac 'n'cheese, made with mature cheddar, real butter and free-range egg macaroni, a top a deep layer of rich ox cheek ragù. Simply outstanding!
We've slow cooked ox cheeks with slow roasted tomatoes and onions for a deliciously rich and tender ragù. Then we top it with a cheesy, creamy mac 'n' cheese. This is my ultimate comfort food.
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.
Pierce the film and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 for 20 minutes.
Remove film and cook for a further 20 minutes until piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Based on 800 watt. Cook from frozen. Pierce film and cook for 4 minutes until piping hot.
Decant into a heatproof dish and grill for 1-2 minutes on medium to high heat.
Remove from the grill and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
