Made in a traditional way to an exclusive recipe using real Madagascan vanilla, this ice cream is thick, smooth and more-ish.  To make things even better it comes complete with salted caramel sauce to add an extra depth of flavour that your guests will love.

Cooking Instructions:
Salted Caramel Sauce
Cooking guidelines from frozen (based on 800W): pull open pouch grip seal by about 2cm at one side.

Heat upright in microwave on full power for 1-1½ minutes. Remove from microwave, carefully reseal pouch and gently shake to reinvigorate the sauce's smooth, glossy texture. Serve hot.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Luxury Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream
Whole MILK powder, double cream (20%) (MILK), sugar, stabiliser: mono- diglycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, natural vanilla flavouring, natural colours: annatto, curcumin. May also contain nuts.

Salted Caramel Sauce
MILK, sugar, cream (MILK), golden syrup (4.8%), glucose, EGG, cornflour, sorbitol, vanilla, salt (0.2%), modified starch from waxy maize, vanilla seeds, propane alginate xanthan gum, guar gum.
