Indulge in this luxurious Easter meal for two with our Easter box of delights. Our specially curated selection includes four succulent British lamb noisettes, mouth-watering pigs in blankets, and sides to tantalise your taste buds.

Crispy roast potatoes with rich beef dripping, and honey-glazed parsnips that add a sweet and savoury twist to your meal. Top it all off with plenty of our flavourful traditional gravy, and end the meal by treating yourself to our decadent salted caramel cheesecakes.

Handpicked and prepared with care, this meal will make your Easter celebrations a true feast for the senses. 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Lamb Noisettes
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the meat from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.

Pan fry: heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times.

Medium: 3-3½ minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well done: 4-4½ minutes per side, rest for 1 minute
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.

BBQ: brush the meat with oil. Season to taste. We recommend salting the meat after cooking. Cook the meat for 60% of the time on the first side, then turn and cook for the remaining 40%.

Medium: 4-6 minutes in total.
Well done: 6-8 minutes in total.

Once the meat is cooked to your liking it must be rested.

Pigs in Blankets
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Roast Potatoes with Beef Dripping
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a tray inside to 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Remove outer sleeve & film.

Lightly oil the preheated tray then carefully add the potatoes and top with the butter pellet. Cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-33 minutes.

Turn carefully, halfway through cooking time. Season to taste & serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Honey Glazed Parsnips
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: place parsnips on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven 190°C / gas 5 and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Alternatively, place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven 190°C / gas 5 and cook for 30 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Traditional Gravy
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: break tab, remove the lid then place it loosely back on top of the pot.

Microwave (based on 800 & 900W): place the pot on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 5 minutes, stir halfway through heating. Carefully remove from the microwave, leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir well before serving.

Caution: steam may escape when removing the lid.

Hob: empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot. Do not allow to boil. Serve immediately.

Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Defrost & serve: defrost in its packaging in the fridge for 12-14 hours or at room temperature for 2 hours.

Remove the outer film and carefully place the dessert, still in its ring, onto a cold plate. Using a knife or small spatula, loosen the dessert from the ring. Carefully open and remove the ring.

Pigs in Blankets
Chipolata: pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasoning (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices, flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into beef collagen casings. Streaky bacon: pork belly (87%), water, salt, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.

Roast Potatoes with Beef Dripping
Roast potato (95%) (potato (preservative: sodium METABISULPHITE), beef dripping), rosemary butter (5%) (unsalted whey butter (MILK), rosemary, lemon zest, cornflour, black pepper, salt).

Honey Glazed Parsnips
Parsnips (83%), butter (MILK) (8%), honey (7%), demerara sugar (3%).

Traditional Gravy
