A layered confection of incredibly rich dark, milk and white Belgian chocolate mousse, with crispy feuilletine and intense cocoa and praline sponge.

 

Preparation:
 

Remove dessert from outer packaging, and place carefully into fridge to defrost for 8-10 hours or at room temperature for 2 hours.

When ready to serve simply cut across the width of the cake into generous layered slices. Finish with your favourite accompaniment.

We recommend serving with a handful of black cherries or raspberries and a small jug of pouring cream.

Chef's Tip: Rinse the knife in very hot water before slicing.

This will help prevent the knife from sticking or tearing the dessert.

After every cut, wipe off the knife for a more pristine slice.
