A fabulous three course feast for two or a restaurant standard dinner in for any occasion.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Smoked Salmon
Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving Suggestion: Season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of Parmesan cheese over the top.
Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.
Beef Wellington
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Carefully remove from the packaging, leaving on the baking paper.
Allow to come to room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 210°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6 with a baking tray inside.
Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk.
Place the wellington (still on baking paper) onto the preheated baking tray and cook for:

Rare: 15-17 minutes
Medium: 20-22 minutes
Well done: 25-27 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving by carefully lifting the wellington from the baking paper.
Goose Fat Roast Potatoes
For best results, cook from frozen in the oven.
Remove film and arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a preheated tray.
Cook in a preheated oven 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 8 for:

From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 25 - 30 minutes

Gently turn the potatoes halfway through cooking time to ensure an even crispness.
Ensure products is piping hot throughout and stir before serving.
This product is not suitable for microwaving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Carrots & Petits Pois in Béchamel
Microwave: Based on 800 watt.
Pierce the film and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven:
Pierce the film and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 20-25 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.
Chocolate Brownies
For best results Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 170°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 3.
Remove outer film only.
Carefully place each brownie, still in its ring, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 14-18 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Carefully transfer the brownie, still in its ring, onto a plate using a spatula.
Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.
Using a knife, loosen the brownie from its ring.
It is now ready to serve warm - if you wish, finish with your favourite accompaniment.

Defrost and Serve:
Defrost in its packaging in a fridge for 5 to 10 hours or 1 to 2 hours at room temperature on the kitchen counter.
Ensure the product is defrosted throughout before serving.
Remove outer film and carefully place the brownie onto a cold plate.
It is now ready to serve cold; if you wish, you can add your favourite accompaniment.
