Deliciously different sausage originating from Switzerland. Swirls of meaty pork and beef with fragrant seasonings that you can serve your way. Try with sautÃ©ed potatoes or in a crusty roll.
Remove from packaging. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of parboiling and frying, BBQ or grilling
Add sausages to simmering water for:
From defrosted: 8 minutes
From frozen: 15 minutes.
Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 3-4 minutes.
Alternative cooking methods (From defrosted)
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally.
BBQ: for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.
