BBQ or grilling: Add sausages to simmering water for:
From defrosted: 8 minutes
From frozen: 15 minutes.
Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 3-4 minutes.
Alternatively from defrosted: Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally. BBQ: for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
