These 'Larder Trimmed' steaks contain only the best centre of sirloin, with just an extra-fine strip of fat, for the ultimate gourmet presentation.
What does 'special trimmed' mean? We cut off all but the lightest edge of fat, giving you more prime sirloin for your money, and nothing left on your plate.
1. Prepare the steaks
Remove the steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
2. Preheat your pan
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
3. Cook to your liking
Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times:
Rare - Medium Rare: 1-2 minutes per side
Medium: 3 minutes per side
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side
4. Rest your steaks
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for up to 10 minutes.
