Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place the parcels onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove the parcels from the oven when crisp and hot throughout.
