Luscious lamb, marinated and slow cooked for up to six long hours, so you can enjoy our chef's original recipes by just popping these in the oven.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 

Slow Cooked Lamb Fore Shanks in Mint Gravy

For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen. Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.


Oven


Preheat to 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 and heat uncovered for: 45-50 minutes from frozen 25-30 minutes from defrosted


Microwave

Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for: 14-15 minutes from frozen 9-10 minutes from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method), keeping pieces separate.

Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce. Do not reheat once cooked.


Slow Cooked Spiced Lamb Shoulder

Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.
