A slow cooked lamb stew, featuring hearty chunks of our distinctive grass-fed minced lamb, with classic garden vegetables, in a rich gravy. Filled into a light, buttery, short crust pastry, and topped with golden slices of saut‚ed potato, this satisfying dish can be cooked from frozen in under an hour.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 

Remove pie from outer packaging and place on a baking tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 400°F / Gas 6 for:

From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
From frozen: 45-50 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Do not re-heat once cooked.

Do not cook this pie in a microwave - the pastry won't cook properly and will turn soggy.
