Cold smoked for a rich flavour, try this traditional British breakfast favourite poached with gently cooked, buttery scrambled eggs.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking Method

Grill, Pan Fry, Poach or Steam.

Lay the kipper flat skin side up in the grill pan, (do not place on a rack).

Grill under moderate heat for 3 minutes.

Turn the kippers over dot each one with butter and grill for a further 3 minutes.
