Our delicious, handcrafted sausage rolls made with tender British pulled pork, juicy Bramley apples, sage and onion, all wrapped in an all-butter puff pastry and topped with crispy crackling crumb. A tasty treat to share and enjoy.
Cooking guidelines: preheat oven to fan 200°C / gas 7.
Remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry top with beaten egg.
Cook in the centre of the preheated oven for:
From frozen: 20-24 minutes
From defrosted: 16-18 minutes
Remove from the oven and rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
