We’ve created a great tasting mixed box, perfect for anyone with a low fat, high protein diet. Enjoy free-range chicken mini-fillets from the farmers in Loué, sustainably sourced salmon and of course, our delicious British grass-fed beef.
Enjoy whole, diced in a pie or as part of a stir fry; the meat is of such quality it will enhance the flavour and texture of any meal.
If you want something quick and easy - simply pan-fry the fillets in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side, then rest for up to 5 minutes before serving.
Remove from outer packaging and:
GRILL: place under a preheated medium grill for 8-10 minutes turning ocasionally
PAN-FRY: heat a non-stick frying pan until hot, add a little oil then add salmon to the pan.
Reduce to a medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally.
CHEF'S TIP: Do make sure you cook them lightly - just 2-3 minutes each side in a hot pan, so they're still pink and juicy.
MICROWAVE: Place on non-metallic plate and cover with clingfilm.
Cook on medium power for 1 minute, turn and leave to stand for 1 minute.
Cook on medium power for a further minute.
Leave to stand for a minute.
Serve. (BASED ON 750w)
STEAM: Place in a steamer or on a plate, cover with foil.
Steam over a pan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes
OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover loosely with foil.
Cook in a preheated oven at 190C/170C/Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes.
POACH: Place in a saucepan and half cover with milk/water/wine/stock. Cover and cook gently for 8-10 minutes.
Remove all packaging.
Preheat a wide, heavy bottomed pan over a high heat and add 5ml (1 tsp.) of oil.
Add minced steak and brown all over for 5 - 8 minutes per 440g.
Then use as per your favourite recipe.
Ensure the minced steak is piping hot throughout before serving.
CHEF's TIP: For best results, use a wide heavy bottomed pan to allow the minced steak to spread out and brown in a thin layer.
Break up the minced steak with a wooden spoon before or during cooking to release the meaty flavour!
Brush generously with oil all over and cook in a preheated pan for 1½-2 minutes per side.
Once cooked, allow to rest for up to 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat a large frying pan, add oil and sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes without touching.
Turn the pork chops over and continue cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest, covered with foil for 5 minutes.
Brush a little oil onto each steak and fry in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the steaks approx. 30 seconds per side.
Remove from the pan and enjoy immediately.
Remove the defrosted meat from the packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Thread the diced fillet onto bamboo or metal skewers.
2. SEAR THE MEAT
Once ready to cook, place your grill pan over medium-high heat, drizzle in a touch of oil.
Cook the fillet skewers on one side for 2-3 minutes turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes without touching.
Remove the skewers from the pan and leave to rest covered with foil in a warm place.
Serve hot with Chimichurri sauce on the side, to drizzle over the kebabs.
Chefs Tip: Add a selection of vegetables to each kebab skewer.
1 Courgette, sliced into 1cm rounds, 1 large red Onion, cut into large chunks, 18 Cherry Tomatoes.
Remove from packaging.
Do not prick sausages.
Combination of parboiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:
Add sausages to simmering water for:
From Defrosted: 8 minutes
From Frozen: 15 minutes.
Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, BBQ or grill for 3-4 minutes.
Alternatively from defrosted
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
BBQ: for 8-10 minutes.
Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium.
Place sausages on grill rack for 10-12 minutes.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Pork (94%), Water, Salt, Seasoning (Black Pepper, Coriander, MUSTARD, Ginger, Nutmeg, Caraway Seed, Leek, Onion, Garlic, Allspice, Clove, Bay Leaf, Glucon-Delta-Lactone, Sugar, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid). Filled in natural sheep casings.
