Premium Scottish haggis, made to a gently spiced traditional recipe, together with creamy, fluffy mash - perfect!

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Haggis

Individually vacuum-packed for added freshness and is already cooked. All it requires is thorough re-heating until it is piping hot.
We recommend that you defrost it thoroughly first.

Oven:
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil.
Place your haggis in a casserole dish with a little water and heat at 180°C (Gas 4) until piping hot all through - approximately 1¼ hours.

Pan:
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil.
Place your haggis in a pan, cover with water, and gently simmer until piping hot all through - approximately 1 hour.

DO NOT BOIL!

Microwave (800W, Category D):
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and its skin (including the clips). Cut it into pieces and place in a microwaveable dish.
Cover and heat on medium power for 8 minutes, stirring during heating and before serving.
* Microwave ovens do vary, adjust times accordingly.
Mashed Potato
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt.
Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

Ensure piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven
Pierce film lid and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 25-30 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes

Ensure piping hot, stir before serving.
