Succulent guinea fowl, packed with the earthy flavours of wild ceps, oyster and shiitake muchrooms, and barded with streaky bacon.
Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in a preheated oven at 210°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:
20 | 23 minutes from defrosted
40 | 43 minutes from frozen.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Remove string to serve.
