If you love fish then this is one you can cook easily at home. Our thick cod fillets are generously coated in our crispy gluten free beer batter- delicious!
Our fish is caught wild in the cold waters of the North East Atlantic, and landed just 50 miles from us at Peterhead, Europe's premier white fish port.
Remove all packaging. For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.
From frozen: In preheated oil at 160°C for 11-12 minutes.
From frozen: In 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 18-20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
