    Sticky, glazed Sausages

     

    Coat our Sausages in these delicious sticky glazes for the most addictive party or BBQ food you’ll ever taste…

  • Ingredients
     
    • Honey & Grain Mustard Glaze
    • 2 tbsp clear honey
    • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

    • Dundee Orange Marmalade and Whisky Glaze
    • 1 ½ tbsp Dundee marmalade
    • 2 tbsp whisky
    • ½ tbsp honey

    • Maple & Chilli Glaze
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • Sprinkling of chilli flakes, to taste
  • Method
     
    1. Simply cook our Cocktail, Chipolata or Pork Sausages as usual – full instructions come with them. For these recipes, it’s easiest to finish them in a frying pan.
    2. When the sausages are nearly done to your liking, simply mix the ingredients in a bowl, add them to the pan with the sausages, and stir until the glaze has reduced down slightly and the sausages are gorgeously sticky.
    3. To glaze our Jumbo Pork Sausages, simply double the quantity of glaze ingredients
