From sweet partridge, to the rich taste of pheasant, and the deeper notes of venison, this selection offers the most tender cuts of these seasonal delights, conveniently ready to pan-fry in minutes. Try using in a stir-fry or a creamy stroganoff in place of your usual meat
Remove all packaging and gently pat dry.
Heat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium high heat add a small amount of oil, add the strips and quickly seal all over by mixing gently in the pan for 1-2 mins, finish with a knob of butter, then tip out onto a warm plate and rest briefly.
Leave to rest for 1-2 Minutes.
Do not reheat once cooked.
