Enjoy lusciously tender British lamb. Naturally reared for the fullest flavour, these hand-prepared individual roasts cook in a matter of minutes. Delicious with a mint sauce and our Chef's prepared sides.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove packaging, pat the lamb dry and allow to come to room temperature for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan on a medium to high setting, add a little oil season the lamb then place into the pan fat side down and sear for 3-4 minutes turning occasionally.

Turn the lamb bone side down and transfer the pan into the centre of the oven and cook for:

Medium rare: 11-12 minutes
Medium: 14-15 minutes
Well done: 21-22 minutes

Remove from the oven. Leave to rest somewhere warm for 10 minutes before serving.
