Cooking Instructions:
 
Pork Chop
Preheat a large, heavy based frying pan over a medium heat and cook the chops for 4-5 minutes without touching, then turn and cook for the same length of time on the other side.

Remove the Chops and rest them in a warm place for 5 minutes.
Pork & Apple Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil and season lightly.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Lamb Koftas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 10 minutes before cooking, remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.

Cook the koftas for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Lamb, Garlic & Rosemary Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chef's tip: do spread them well on a baking tray, they grow!

Beef Meatballs
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove all packaging. Separate the meat balls and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place meatballs on grill rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Poach: Add to simmering stock or sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes.

BBQ: BBQ for 14-16 minutes. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Seasoned Beef Burgers

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes, turn occasionally.

Pork & Black Pudding Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Free-range Chicken Mini Fillets
These neat little fillets are called 'Goujons' in French. The meat is from the underside of the breast, extremely tender and succulent. They cook in a flash, simply sear in a hot pan for 1-1½ minutes per side, remove and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Serve with fresh vegetables or a salad.
