- Free-range Chicken Wings, 6-8 per pack, bone-in, skin on, 500g per pack
Chicken wings are the ideal base for so many different glazes, dips and sauces, from sticky barbecue to spicy satay.
Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place the thigh fillets in a roasting tray, lined with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven, leave to rest for at least 5 minutes in a warm place.
After resting serve on hot plates.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked..
