Chickens in Loué farms have lots of space to roam around. This means that these Chicken Thighs are particularly tasty and juicy. Perfect for a chicken pie or casserole.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Defrost the chicken in your fridge for 24h. Bring the meat to room temperature for 15 minutes prior to cooking.
Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place the thigh fillets in a roasting tray, lined with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 35-45 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven, leave to rest for at least 5 minutes in a warm place.

After resting serve on hot plates.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
