Cooking guidelines from frozen.

Deep fry: preheat oil to 180°C and cook for 13 Í 14 minutes.

Oven bake: preheat the oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 6.
Cook the fishcakes on a preheated tray for 18-20 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
