Our Managing Director Tazio wanted us to develop steaks that were top quality but super quick to cook. This is what our butchers came up with.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Remove the steaks from the packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 10 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Brush a little oil onto each steak and fry in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the steaks approx.

Lamb & Beef Flash Fry Steaks: 30 seconds per side.

Pork Flash Fry Steaks: 45 seconds per side.

Remove from the pan and enjoy immediately.
