Little extras like the light buttery mash and white wine and dill sauce add layers of flavour to our delicious fish. Cook straight from frozen for an easy midweek meal.
For best results, cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging. Place the product on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 C / 400 F / Gas 6 for 45-50 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Serving suggestion: Serve as a light main dish with braised spinach and seared mushrooms or fresh green salads.
