We recommend cooking from chilled. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight. Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Fry for 4-6 mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.
You can also cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200 C / 400 F / Gas 6. Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray. Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.
