Cooking Instructions:
 
Fish Cake
Cook from frozen: Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

Generously brush the fish cake with oil.
Place fish cake onto a tray and oven cook at 230°C / fan 210°C / gas 8 for 23 to 25 minutes, turning once half way through cooking.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
