On Christmas morning, start as you mean to go on. Wake up to a feast fit for royalty and indulge in lightly Smoked Salmon, crispy golden rösti discs, juicy pork sausages and salty sweet bacon.

Whether you pair with a cup of tea or coffee (or a celebratory Buck’s Fizz) is up to you…

Cooking Instructions:
Pork Sausages
Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Butcher's Back Bacon
Defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before cooking.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat frying pan to medium.
Add bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.
Smoked Salmon
Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving suggestion:

season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of parmesan cheese over the top.

Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.
Potato Rosti
Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Rösti in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

Oven: place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 175°C for 4-5 minutes.

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

Filled into natural pork casings.
